Job Description

Break O’Day Employment Connect is seeking a Youth Connector, to lead the Project Y program in the region.

You’ll need to be:

  • Keen to help local youth explore their options for education and careers
  • An engaging communicator, an excellent listener and skilled problem solver
  • Able to work independently, deliver a complex service and manage stakeholder relationships

This role is a part-time contract, at 0.5FTE until December 2027. Working arrangements will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

You must have a current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and a drivers licence.
