Training will provide the essential skills required to provide excellent high-quality service to every customer. Participants will learn the importance of customer service, effective communication, cleaning, selling and end of shift duties.

This training is designed for candidates with no previous experience seeking to gain employment in Food and Beverage Service. Also suitable as a refresher to candidates already in the industry; or anyone looking to re-enter after an extended break.
