- Casual hours available to attend clients’ homes in St Helens and Scamander.
- Must have Cert III in Individual Support
- Must have First aid
- Must have Drivers Licence and reliable car
Position Description: The Support Worker provides and delivers individual and personalised care and support to clients, so that they may continue to live in their home. The Support Workers responsibilities may include monitoring and communicating client’s condition, transportation, house cleaning, personal hygiene, providing meals and other health and wellness activities.
The Support Worker will demonstrate a commitment to best practice care and ensure that all in home care is provided in a caring and respectful way in accordance with Community Care TASMANIA (CCT) policy and procedures.
