The Role
We are seeking a full-time Spa Therapist / Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys combining relaxation treatments with deeper, outcome-focused work.
You’ll be working with Retreatment Botanics, a luxury Australian natural skincare range.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remedial and therapeutic massage treatments
- Perform spa rituals and facials
- Provide lymphatic treatments (training provided)
- Deliver advanced face massage including buccal techniques (training provided)
- Create a high-quality, premium guest experience
- Maintain treatment rooms to a luxury standard
- Recommend retail products where appropriate
- Work both independently and within a small, supportive team.

About You
You are a therapist who genuinely cares about your craft and your clients.
You will have:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ industry experience
- Confidence in both massage and spa treatments
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Interest in holistic and integrative bodywork
- A desire to keep learning and refining your skills
Experience in a luxury spa environment is highly regarded but not essential.
