Job Description
For this role Harcourts are looking for someone with outstanding personality, persistence and likeability.
- You will need to be prepared to quickly engage with clients
- Be keen to instantly follow up on leads and interest
- The role is pursuing and following through buyer interest
- You will be responsible for the majority of initial buyer interaction
This role is full time (75 hours per fortnight) and is a fixed salary. Bonuses are payable upon targets being met. It is not a ‘solo’ role and you work under the lead agent and their executive assistant.
You will need to have, or be willing and able to gain your real estate licence.
