Job Description

The Panorama hotel is currently seeking a motivated and reliable person to join their team in a Front Office / Reception role.

Your Role:
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Managing front office and reception duties
• Working independently within a fast-paced environment
• Providing excellent customer service and communication

About You:
• Confident working autonomously
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, mature and presentable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Essential Requirements:
• A mature-age candidate preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
