Job Description

Panorama Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an office or bookkeeping background who enjoys working with people in a dynamic hospitality environment.

About the Role

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional approach
  • Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Support office tasks, including basic bookkeeping and administration
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Full training will be provided, so prior hospitality experience is not essential
