Join the Team at Panorama
Panorama in St Helens is looking for warm, friendly, and experienced reception staff to join our front desk team on a casual basis.
We’re a relaxed, welcoming hotel that takes pride in making every guest feel at home and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion for great service.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their stay. Whether you’re checking them in or making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, your role is all about creating a great experience from start to finish.
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering calls, emails, and guest enquiries
- Taking bookings and updating reservations
- Helping guests with information about the hotel and local area
- Working with the team to keep things running smoothly
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
- Have previous experience in a hotel or reception role
- Are confident using booking systems and computers
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Stay calm under pressure and love solving problems
- Are reliable, friendly, and take pride in your work
- Are available to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays)
