About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a dual reception and housekeeping position. This role is offered on a casual basis, working 2 days per week, with the potential to increase hours during the summer period. Flexibility is available to align with your availability.

The position provides the opportunity to develop skills across both reception and housekeeping, with optional cross-training for those interested in broadening their experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reception

  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Providing information about our facilities and the local area

Housekeeping

  • Cleaning and preparing rooms and common areas
  • Restocking supplies like linen and toiletries
  • Making sure everything looks tidy and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, approachable attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Someone reliable and happy to work independently or in a small team
  • Flexibility with days/shifts
  • Experience in reception or housekeeping is helpful but not essential – training will be provided
