Overview:
Moxxi Property is urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to service approximately 10 managed properties in St Helens and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who is organised, dependable, and able to travel between properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high-quality cleaning of residential properties
- Ensuring properties meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Managing time effectively across multiple properties
- Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues as required
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Own vehicle essential (travel between properties required)
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
