St Marys District School is a rural, family-oriented school serving a large regional catchment, including surrounding valleys and coastal communities. The school provides education from early childhood through to Year 12.

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified teacher to plan, implement, and manage effective learning programs for students, and to assess and monitor individual student progress.

Essential Requirements
- Current registration to work with vulnerable people (Tasmania)
- Full teacher registration (or provisional/limited authority where applicable) under relevant Tasmanian legislation
- Eligibility to work as a registered teacher within the Tasmanian public education system
- Commitment to child safety and public sector teaching standards
Desirable
- Formal teaching qualifications (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated classroom teaching experience and effective practice
