Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive care environment, providing essential assistance to clients and helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Your role
• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Support clients with mobility, meals, and wellbeing needs
• Work collaboratively with the wider care team
About you
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous aged care or support experience (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Check and relevant clearances as required
