St Marys Hotel and Bistro, one of Tasmania’s iconic country pubs, is currently seeking a Kitchen All-Rounder to join their friendly and hardworking team.
About the role:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and has a passion for hearty food made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You’ll be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, helping deliver classic pub dishes to locals and visitors alike.
- Casual or part-time hours available, with flexibility around shifts

What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally in a pub or casual dining venue
- A genuine interest in local produce and traditional pub fare
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team-focused approach and hands-on attitude
- Reliability and good communication skills
