Younique Stays is looking for an experienced and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to help ensure every property is guest-ready before arrival.
You’ll be the final set of eyes across Younique Stays’ Bicheno region homes, making sure presentation standards are met, minor issues are addressed and the housekeeping team is supported to deliver consistently high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing pre-arrival inspections across homes in the Bicheno region, including Hamptons on the Bay in Swansea and Numie in Coles Bay
- Training, coaching and supporting the housekeeping team
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Completing minor maintenance where appropriate
- Ensuring each property meets presentation and cleanliness standards before guest arrival
- Taking pride in every detail, from crisp linen to the finishing touches
This role would suit someone who is organised, confident leading a team and has a strong eye for detail.
