Georges Bay Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-focused housekeeper to join their team on a casual basis.
The role involves cleaning and preparing self-contained apartments to a high standard for incoming guests. The successful applicant will work as part of a supportive team and play an important role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
They offer guaranteed hours, with additional shifts available during peak periods and school holidays. The workplace supports consistency, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance. Weekend work and rotating rosters form part of the role.
Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Restocking amenities and reporting maintenance issues as required
- Working efficiently to meet check-in deadlines
- Supporting team members during busy periods
Key requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability for weekend work and rotating rosters
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
