Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest apartments to a high standard.
- Change bed linen and replenish amenities.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure apartments are presented to company standards before guest arrival.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
- Work efficiently to meet daily housekeeping schedules.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent service by helping create a welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and rotating rosters.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
