About Us:

The Hub – Pizza & Beer, located in stunning Binalong Bay at the Bay of Fires, is a licensed restaurant specialising in Napoletana-inspired wood-fired pizzas. We are passionate about quality food, excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and travellers from across Australia and beyond.

The Role:

We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to take a hands-on leadership role in our busy restaurant. This role involves guiding the team, maintaining high service standards, and supporting daily operations across all sections of the venue – Front of House, Back of House, and our Pizza Kitchen.

You’ll also have the opportunity to be trained in all aspects of running a restaurant, including:

  • Floor management
  • Staff training and hiring
  • Customer service
  • Stock management

The Hospitality Supervisor will report to the Assistant Manager and the restaurant owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the team to deliver excellent product and service
  • Support and maintain our positive workplace culture
  • Oversee daily operations across restaurant sections
  • Assist in staff development and training
  • Uphold high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and customer care

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (licensed venue experience not required)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service

    • $1,014.70+ per week (full-time) OR
    • $33.38 – $46.73 per hour (casual)
