About the Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper & Cook to join our team, supporting both the culinary and housekeeping operations of Little Beach Co. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team.
In this position, you will contribute to the smooth running of daily operations, including preparing breakfast in the morning, maintaining cleanliness across common areas during the day, and assisting with meal preparation in the afternoon and evening.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with meal service, including breakfast and other meals as required
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-presented environment across all common areas
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard
- Follow established cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
About You
- Previous experience in cleaning or cooking is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible and willing to assist across multiple duties as required
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
