Little Beach Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the operations of our premium accommodation offering. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone passionate about exceptional guest experiences, high standards, and team leadership within luxury hospitality.
About the Role
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, and strategic direction of Little Beach Co., ensuring the delivery of outstanding service aligned with 5-star accommodation standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the property/properties
- Leading, mentoring, and managing staff and contractors
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Managing budgets, financial performance, and reporting
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Upholding brand standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field OR
- Equivalent demonstrated experience working within 5-star or luxury accommodation environments
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Strong operational and financial management capability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, proactive, and professional approach
