Job Description
The Hub in beautiful Binalong Bay is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of
House team member to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a customer-focused role in a busy restaurant, suited to someone who enjoy
hospitality and working as part of a team.
About the Role
Working as part of our front of house team, you will help create a welcoming experience for
customers while supporting the smooth running of service. The role involves customer
service, taking orders, food and beverage service, table presentation, bookings and general
front of house operations.
You will work closely with the kitchen and wider team to maintain a high standard of service
and a positive dining experience for our customers.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and confident with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Positive, adaptable and willing to get involved.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but training can be
provided for the right person.
