Role Overview:
The Duty Manager oversees resortoperations during shifts, supervises staff, and ensures guests enjoy a top-quality experience. This is a hands-on leadership role combining customer service, team management, and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee resort operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Supervise, coach, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Assist with stock management and ordering
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Skills & Attributes:
- Experienced in bar management or hospitality supervision
- A strong leader who can motivate and guide a team
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable about liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
