Role Overview:

The Duty Manager oversees resortoperations during shifts, supervises staff, and ensures guests enjoy a top-quality experience. This is a hands-on leadership role combining customer service, team management, and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resort operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Supervise, coach, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Assist with stock management and ordering
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experienced in bar management or hospitality supervision
  • A strong leader who can motivate and guide a team
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable about liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
