Job Description
Casual roles are available at Medea Park. The roles are across the Cleaning, Laundry and Catering functions. You’ll have a broad range of tasks and work with a team who are committed to providing excellent service to residents. Tasks include:
- Prepare, cook and deliver food in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements of our residents
- Be willing to undertake and support the team with daily kitchen and cooking operations.
- Be required to uphold impeccable hygiene standards.
What you will bring to the role:
- Prior hospitality experience working in a kitchen, cooking or cleaning
- Previous knowledge working within the Aged Care Sector – Desirable
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Current National Police Check (Within 3 years)
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus by responding in a professional and helpful manner to residents and their families
- Ability to support and work within a team environment
- Ability to complete tasks by using time management skills
