What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will craft exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our guests. You’ll work alongside the Executive Chef and the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and creativity in the pastry section.
Your Daily Impact:
- Prepare and present pastries, breads, and desserts to an exceptional standard
- Contribute to menu creation and recipe development
- Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Manage inventory and ordering for the pastry section
Who You Are:
- Trained in pastry or culinary arts, with hands-on experience in a similar role
- Passionate about creating high-quality, visually appealing desserts
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards
