Scamander Beach Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef De Partie or Demi Chef to join us on the beautiful East Coast.

In this role you will work closely with our renowned Head Chef and his team in both production & service. Bistro/pub style seasonal menus; focused on fresh, local and sustainable produce.

Salary is based on skill set & proven experience.

To be considered for this role you will need to provide proof of culinary qualifications, have working rights in Australia and have a proven track record of stable work in a similar role, with references.

Rostered two days off, Fortnightly pay, TIL accrual, immediate start, Training Provided. Potential for on site accommodation for the perfect candidate 

Summary of role requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Expected start date for role: 15 April 2024
  • Expected salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
