Join our growing team of hospo professional this summer!

Scamander Beach Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef De Partie to join us as we enter into the summer season on the beautiful East Coast. 

In this role you will work closely with our renowned Head Chef and his team in both production & service. Bistro/pub style seasonal menus; focused on fresh, local and sustainable produce. 

Al a Carte, Table service :  12:00 – 3:00   &  5:00 – 8:00
Average Covers :  Lunch 20/40    Dinner :  60/120   
+  Music Events & Private Functions

$65k start with a performance review after 3 months.

To be considered for this role you will need to provide:
– proof of culinary qualifications
– have working rights in Australia
– have a proven track record of stable work in a similar role with references

Rostered two days off, fortnightly pay, TIL accrual and hotel style accommodation package available for the perfect candidate, immediate start, training provided.
