About the Role
Parkside Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team. Based in the beautiful coastal town of St Helens, this full-time role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food safety regulations
  • Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
