About the Role
Parkside Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team. Based in the beautiful coastal town of St Helens, this full-time role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food safety regulations
- Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar environment
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality and presentation
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
