Job Description
The Surfside, located on the beautiful East Coast, is seeking a chef/cook to take over the running of the bistro. This role can be offered under the Hospitality Award, on a Casual Basis, or under a Contractor arrangment. The venue offers a relaxed coastal setting and is a favourite spot for both locals and visitors.
You’ll have input into the Australian Pub Menu, through discussion with the ownder.
Accommodation is available onsite. There is also scope for a couple to lease the bar, restaurant, and accommodation, or to take on additional work in bar service and cleaning.
Start date can be from 9 September, for the following hours:
Kitchen:
Wed – Fri 5pm-730pm
Sat – Sun 12pm-2pm / 5pm-730pm
Bar:
Wed – Fri 4pm-8pm
Sat – Sun 12pm-9pm Saturday and 730pm Sunday
Role Details
• Full-time position available immediately
• Employment under the Award or on a contract basis (preferred)
• Accommodation provided if required
