You will be an integral part of the Medea Park community and join us in placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.
The position is a casual role and will involve:
- Welcoming new residents
- Various admin duties
- Greet all visitors and notify staff of the arrival of appointments, ensuring all visitors experience a corporate and professional environment, including following covid protocol.
- Answering calls, directing incoming calls, taking detailed messages and delivering to staff in a timely manner
- Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all customers internal and external
- Provide administrative support to the staff and leadership team
- Assist with client inquiries and reception support
- Maintain accurate and update client and employee records and have a good understanding of rostering.
About you : You will be looking for a rewarding role where you can contribute to the lives of others. To be successful in the role, you will be required to have a background in a similar role and have the ability to implement your skills.
Ideally, you will have previous working experience within the Aged Care sector and an understanding of the industry. Applicants will be required to have a National Police Check and current relevant vaccinations.
