Have you heard about Single Touch Payroll (STP)? The ATO are currently in Stage 2 of the Phase Out for this.
If you haven’t already heard about it – have a look at this video. It’s 1.5 hours in total, so grab a cuppa and pen & paper to write down any questions. What is STP?
“Single Touch Payroll (STP), is an Australian Government initiative to reduce employers’ reporting burdens to government agencies. With STP, you report employees’ payroll information to us each time you pay them through STP-enabled software.” ATO.GOV.AU
