Cense Group is looking for a junior administrative all-rounder to work in our front office in the afternoons, with the view for further hours. We are a Bookkeeping & Consulting service that offers office hire and a range of administrative services to the community. 

About the role:

  • Exciting admin role working with a small team of professionals.
  • Assist in undertaking a range of administrative and office support services including accurate digital filing, data entry, maintenance of registers, document scanning, front office management and cleaning.
  • Casual position 3-4 days per week, with the possibility of a part-time role or traineeship for the right candidate. 

About you:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience using Google Suite or similar cloud based applications.
  • The ability to meet timeframes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to problem solve. 

This role would be ideal for a school student, who is keen to gain some professional office experience and who has an interest in developing a career in Accounting or Bookkeeping
