Join our Guest Services Team to facilitate the delivery of exceptional customer service across our award-winning Devil’s Corner Cellar Door site in the East Coast of Tasmania.

About the Role: We are currently seeking a passionate individual with creative flair and an innovative approach to new ideas to marketing and operations to take on a 12 month fixed-term part-time role. Reporting to the Cellar Door Site Manager, you will work together to coordinate, plan and deliver on-site experiences, events and tourism offers. The position requires building relationships with local tourism operators and the regional tourism associations to grow awareness of the Devil’s Corner site and the experiences on offer whilst developing collaborative marketing opportunities. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Cellar Door Site Manager on the development and implementation of onsite experiences with the view to drive visitation, increase average spend and grow profitability.
  • Manage the administrative function of on-site experiences including online and 3rd party booking platforms.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are always maintained.
  • Assist the Cellar Door Site Manager with the preparation and management of trade and consumer events, both on and off site.

About the person:  You will be a passionate hospitality professional with events and/or tourism experience with well-developed project coordination skills with the ability to deliver agreed outcomes across multiple projects. You will be naturally highly organised with an ability to effectively communicate and execute a diverse range of events from start to finish and demonstrate a positive and customer centric attitude.
